Why me
Specialized support for you and your family
Your birth is exactly that, yours and that can look so different for everyone. With me as your doula I will provide unbiased support and evidence based education to support your unique needs for your family.
Whether you are at home, in a birthing center, and at the hospital I will be there to support you in any way you need me.
Personalized experience
Everyone's birth experience is catered to what they need and what they want. When creating a birth plan I ask and you tell. I help provide an experience and support as closely as I can to it.
Holistic approach
Pregnancy is not a medical condition, and while medical conditions that require monitoring do occur, that does not mean your pregnancy and birth cannot be done in a holistic way as much as possible. My approach ties mediation, yoga, essential oils, and other comfort measures that minimize the need for medication when they are appropriate.
Dedicated support
I will support you in every way I can throughout pregnancy and birth. I will be a part of your village and your birth team.
From the time you hire me, I provide two prenatal visits in person on top of constant phone support. During birth I will be with you from the moment you need me, and until a couple of hours after the baby is born. I will also come to you a couple of times postpartum to make sure you are doing well, need any information, or outside referrals.






Birth Doula
Your birth, your way, supported throughout all of pregnancy, during labor, and early postpartum. Providing education and support when you need it.
Yoga
Yoga is a way to move the body through every facet of life to help destress, strengthen, and create more fluidity. No matter what age, gender, ailment in your body, yoga is for all people.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils are a great way to add a holistic approach to everyday ailments such as pain, inflammation, headaches, and much more.
Meditation
Stress of the mind and body is a common problem in many people's day and life. Meditation is a way to still the mind and body through breathing techniques, mudras, and guided script to help ease the stressors in the body.
